3. What we collect

  • Account data you give us: name, email, company, and billing details collected by our payment provider.
  • Product data you give us: ideal-customer descriptions, product information, message drafts, and details of email or LinkedIn accounts you connect.
  • Prospect data we process on your instructions: name, role, company, professional profile, and message history. See the DPA.

  • Messages you send us, including through the chat on the site.

4. How we collect it

  • Directly from you, when you sign up, use the product, or contact us.
  • Prospect data, from the accounts you connect and from professional sources, when you run a search or outreach.
  • Automatically, including through cookies needed to run the site, through the chat widget, and, if you accept, through analytics cookies.

5. Legal bases

  • Contract: to provide the subscription you buy.
  • Legitimate interest: to keep the service secure and to improve it.
  • Consent: for analytics cookies and session recordings, given on the website or by signing up or signing in.
  • Legal obligation: where the law requires us to keep or share data.

6. How we use it

  • Prospect data, only on your instructions: to find, score, and contact them.
  • To provide support and to secure and improve the service.
  • To meet legal obligations.

7. Sharing

We share personal data with service providers who help us run the product, as described in the Data Processing Agreement, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect personal data.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, object to some processing, and receive a copy of data you gave us. To exercise these rights, email hello@sixthings.ai. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) or another EU supervisory authority.

10. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are needed to run the site, including to keep you signed in. The chat widget may set its own cookies. You can block cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site will then stop working.

We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to understand how the site and product are used. The website asks before using analytics cookies. Signing up or signing in turns them on, also if you declined them on the website, because seeing how customers use the product is part of how we support them. Once they are on, PostHog stores an identifier in your browser, links your visits together and, when you are signed in, to your account, and may record your session. Recordings hide what you type and, inside the product, the text and images on screen. Until you choose, and if you decline, nothing is stored in your browser and we only count your visit, using a one-way value that changes every day.

You can change your choice with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the website. Signing in again turns analytics cookies back on.

11. Minors

Sixthings is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
